Getting to the Hotel
If you are arriving from the Helsinki Airport it is extremely easy to make your way to Forenom ApartHotel! We suggest taking the train right from the airport to the Tikkurila train station just a few stops away.
After arriving at the airport, just follow the signs to the train. You can purchase your ticket right there.
Check-In
Check-in time begins at 4pm and ends at 530am. Minimum check-in age is 18 years old.
Front Desk Hours: Mon-Thurs 11am-7pm // Fri 9am-4pm
For our stay, we were emailed an access code which was used to get into our room, as well as use the elevators. This is not like the typical check in process we are used to but it was very convenient. We were able to just go straight to our room with no hassle.
Rooms
We stayed in a Superior Twin Room and were very pleased with it! The bathroom was a bit small, but had everything we needed. The room also had a kitchen area which included dishes to cook with. This would be great for someone looking to stay in Finland and cook a lot of their own meals (especially with there being a grocery store next door).
We were only here 1 night but would absolutely stay here again. The location is great and so easy to get to & from the airport.
For our 1 night stay we paid $91.37 USD ($82.54 room + $8.83 taxes & fees)
Where to Eat
If you feel like eating out there are a bunch of options inside the Tikkurila train station. Personally we got Burger King lol 🙂 If you feel like making your own meal or grabbing some snacks there is a small grocery store right next door as well. Our room included a kitchen and dishes so it is very easy to prepare your own food if you wish to do so. This was one reason we really liked this hotel and location, the choice to eat out or stay in.
