Whatup. I’m David E Beats, the lead and only official member of The White House Band. I am a black man that plays guitar while rapping at the same time. Think Kid Cudi meets Jimi Hendrix! Interesting huh?
-How did you get your start?
Started out making beats in my hometown DC, then moved to NYC to pursue my music career. Now I am the lead of a dopesauce band and working my way up the totem pole!
-Who are some of your influences?
Too many to count. Lets just say I’m into everybody!
-How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
I’d say, pyschodelic, echo-y, big, and lush. Thats the sound I like.

That I’m not the asshole I’m so-called supposed to be!
-What is 1 thing you’d really like to see or do in your lifetime?
Drive a speedboat in the ocean with my shirt off. Just because.
-What was your fav. cartoon or tv show while growing up?
Loved Yu-Gi-Oh! and also Fairly Odd Parents. I still watch too many cartoons to this day actually!
