Introduce yourself
-Hey, i’m Jansen Panettiere, 14 years old and I moved to Los Angeles 3 years ago from New York.
Who are your inspirations?
– I’m not going to lie, my sister Hayden is an inspiration for me. I’ve learned a lot from her in the past few years.
When did you get your start in the business?
– I don’t even remember when i started acting, i think i was 8 or 9 years old.
Do you have any upcoming projects?
– I have two movies coming out this year, The Perfect Game (with Jake T. Austin) and The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry it’s out on 18th September. I also have a movie coming out next year called The Lost Medallion: The Adventures of Billy Stone and i’m going to film two new movies with my sister Hayden, first Carmel and then later this year we start filming Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List.
Tell us about being on tv shows over the past few years such as Even Stevens, Hope and Faith, and Third Watch?
– I did the shows when i stared acting and they got me really into the acting thing. It was great to work on such awesome shows.
You’ve done a lot of voice overs in some popular movies such as: Racing stripes, Robots and Ice Age-tell us about those opportunites.
– Doing voice overs is different from standing infront of the camera. It’s really fun when you watch a movie and you hear your voice but dont see your face.
Do you prefer voice overs over actual acting rolls?
– I like both the same.
Your sister Hayden is the spokesperson for the Whaleman Foundation-tell everyone about the foundation and how everyone can help.
– The Whaleman Foundation is an oceanic research, conservation, and production organization dedicated to preserving and protecting dolphins, whales, and their ocean habitat. Our mission is to end all commercial and lethal scientific research whaling worldwide, while raising public awareness to all the other threats dolphins and whales face including toxic pollution, noise pollution, global warming, loss of habitat, entanglement in fishing nets, collisions with ships, and increasing whaling. What do you like to do on your day(s) off?
– I like to spend the day with my friends at City Walk. I also enjoy playing golf and soccer.
