*Can you introduce yourself?
Hi! My name is Robert Adamson. I grew up in UT and am from a family of six. I have five beautiful and wonderful older sisters and the best mom and dad a guy could ask for.
*When did you start acting?
I started acting when I was a senior in High School as a way of eleviating my fear of public speaking. I ended up doing every play my senior year and the following year attending The American academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles.
*Most people recognize you as Charles from Lincoln Heights, tell us about working on the show ?
Lincoln Heights has been one of the biggest blessings of my life. I’ve learned so much as a person and actor. And I have a profound respect for the story, the characters and the message they relay. One thing unique about my character has been his journey has never been set in stone. For me and I’m sure for the writers it makes him interesting to portray, because you never know what you’re gonna get.
*What was your favorite episode to shoot?
Episode 2×9. I loved taking my character down a very dark and lonely path. I had a very strong emotional connection with Charles in that episode, and I truly felt that it was a story that I needed to portray as honest as I possibly could. The subject matter had to do with sexual abuse.
*You got the opportunity to be in the upcoming movie Princess Protection Program with Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and Nick Braun, tell us about the movie and your character?
PPP was a f$@@ing blast! It was so beautiful there. One of my favorite things to do as an actor is to travel and re-invent in a brand new enviornment. Demi and Selena were great and I loved getting to know them. Demi’s my little buddy, we really hit it off, and me and Nicky Braun will be friends forever.
*Any on-set stories that you can share with us?
Well this one time me and Nick Braun got really drunk and……. No. What happens in Puerto Rico… Nevermind, you know what I’m sayin.
*What was it like filming in Puerto Rico?
All I can say is, I’ll defintely be going back!
*Do you have any upcoming projects that you’re working on that you’d like to share with us and the readers?
Well, I’m working on a film right now called the Prankster and I play a character who is a high school jock who really wants to be a musician. This is a guy that I can really relate with. I would like to think that I understand personal change and growth and the essence of finding one’s true self, and so far it’s been an exciting character to play.
*Who has been your biggest influence in life?
Personally, my father. Professionally, I would say Christian Bale.
*Can you tell us something that people may not know about you?
I could. But what would be the mystery in that. K.. I really really really like Sushi.
*Best movie you’ve seen recently?
The Orphanage. Amazing.
*Where do you like to shop?
Whole Foods and Guess.
