Introduce yourselves : I’m Amber, I’m 24 and I’m the oldest. I’m Sarah, I’m 22 and I’m the middle. I’m Julia, I’m 19 and I’m the baby.
You just recently finished the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus Best of Both worlds tour, how was that? Touring with Miley was amazing! We’ve known the Cyrus family for awhile now and they’re amazing! When Miley called and asked if we wanted to go out with her we were so stoked! The tour was incredible, an amazing experience.
You’ve gotten some amazing opportunities in your career-what has been your favorite? We just love being able to meet amazing people! All our fans, the ones that have supported us through it all!
You released your Self Titled album with Hollywood Records last year, what was it like getting to record this album? It was actually a crazy experience. We recorded the album pretty quick and it was in between a tour that we were on with the Cheetah Girls. So basically we toured with them for a month, took 3 weeks off from the tour to finish the record and then jumped back on the tour for a few more months. But it was awesome! We co-wrote with some amazing writers and worked with some awesome producers. We were blessed.
Your first self-titled cd which was released back in 2004 is one of our all time favorite albums, do you think you’ll ever perform songs like “Heaven open your eyes” and “I’m over it” again? Maybe 🙂 We def have talked about bringing those songs back into our show! So hopefully we will .
What is your favorite song to perform live?
Amber; I love ‘Where you Are’ . We perform that acoustic and its more intimate and personal and I love the simplicity of the song.
Sarah: I love performing a cover that we do called ‘What I like about you’. Its really high energy and I get to jump around alot
Julia: My favorite song to perform would have to be Faded. Its vocally really challenging and I love that!
2008 has just started and you’ve already been given the opportunity to open for Miley Cyrus, do you have any other incredible plans for the year? We are working on some surprises as we speak so you guys gotta keep checking our official myspace www.myspace.com/everlife to see where we’ll be performing and hear plans for the new record! yay!
Have you had any weird or funny fan encounters? We absolutely LOVE our fans! There are always those cool moments when you get to meet someone and they’re really excited and you’re really excited and it just makes us smile We love when we get the really little kids that want an autograph so so bad but they are too shy to come up to the table. They’re so cute!
Who have been your biggest inspirations in life? First and foremost our God. He is the reason we sing, we wouldn’t get on that stage time and time again if it weren’t for Him and His love. Also, our parents are pretty amazing as well. They’ve supported us through the years, through good and bad, and we respect them so much for who they are. Also, this is Amber, my husband Jeremy. He’s my love and best friend, my man of God. I adore him!
Is there one moment in your career that stands out over everything? We feel like in the past 11 years every year has been like 10! We are constantly learning and growing and moving forward and taking steps back. Every little moment and big moment are just another piece to our puzzle, and we’re loving to watch the beautiful picture that is taking shape.
Tell us one thing about each of you that most people wouldn’t know? Amber: I used to play clarinet in school.
Sarah: I am a really healthy eater, but I have a sweet tooth
Julia; I LOVE ice cream!
If this ended today, what is one thing you’d like to be able to do? Play a show with Hanson They’re alot of the reason why we started 11 years back. We respect them alot.
